FIDDLER ON THE ROOF GOES INTO TECH WEEK

Dear Parents and cast, crew of Fiddler on the RoofI know it has been a while since I was able to send to this email, and hopefully all of you received the regular emails and reminds from Tzvia and Akari!The show is coming together! We are NOW in the threshold of 2 weeks out!

DURING TECH WEEK:NO ONE CAN MISS A REHEARSAL

We can use help from painting, to carpentry, to costuming!

EVERYONE IS WELCOME!

TECH WEEK MEALS

All families of kids participating in a theatre production are respectfully asked to help with feeding the kids during tech week in ways they are able. Not everyone can help in the same way, but here are some suggestions:

• Do you have connections to a local restaurant that may offer a donated or discounted dinner for our cast and crew (approximately 45 people)? There may even be an opportunity to provide an ad in our Playbill as a “thank you”! Contact Caroline.Heins@gmail.com to coordinate

• Pick up and/or deliver a meal to CHS that has been pre-ordered. (Sign up below)

• Prepare or purchase a meal to bring (Signup for a slot or several below).

• Show up to help set up, serve and clean up after a meal (usually 5:45 - 7:00 PM).

• Contribute money to the dinner fund to cover the cost of meals for your student. (Estimated cost of $50-$100 per student)

• Meals, sides, dessert and drinks for 100 students (some vegetarian)

• 5:45 - 7:00 PM in the trophy hallway between the gym and the black box

• Suggested cost for parents who can not volunteer or provide a meal: $100 per student, per week
