Project Add/Drop Deadline Approaching:
The deadline to add or drop projects is 5:00 PM on March 1, 2023. Please view the image for instructions for editing projects, or feel free to fill out the 4-H Project Drop/Add form and we’ll get your project updated.
Please make sure that you are in the project and unit you think you are in. This will be the project that is eligible to be entered in the Pueblo County Fair. You will also need to complete the project this year if you plan to take it next year.
You can now either purchase project manuals directly from the publisher, or you can download project manuals in .pdf form from the website. For complete details, check out our Project Manuals Page. You do not need to order manuals every year unless the manuals have been updated or the project exhibit requires pages from the Project Manual.
If the manual is published by Colorado State University, it will be on the website as a downloadable .pdf. If the manual is published by any other institution, you’ll need to purchase it. Details can be found on the Project Manuals Page.
Registration for the 2023 State 4-H Shooting Sports Leader Training is now open!
This leader training provides Senior Shooting Sports members and interested Volunteers the opportunity to certify in a 4-H Shooting Sports Discipline and become more active in the shooting sports program (including helping on the line!)
Pueblo County’s State Leader Training is March 17-19, and is $135.00 per participant. Payments should come to the office, (701 Court Street, Suite C) and may be cash or check only.
Notes:
YouMUSTbe a fully enrolled 4-H Volunteer to be eligible to enroll in the training. If you have started your application but it is incomplete, you are ineligible to register.
You can only certify in ONE discipline per weekend training. There are other trainings available this year in other counties if you want to certify in other disciplines.
The Pueblo County 4-H Parent Leader Group will graciously reimburse you for the FIRST Discipline you certify in. This scholarship is retroactive, so you will need to pay your full registration fee to our office, and then bring your training certificate to the April 5, 2023 meeting to get reimbursed. This scholarship is only available to 4-H Volunteers earning their FIRST Discipline certificate.
Registration for the training must be completed in 4HOnline.
Registration fills up FAST and is limited!
Payments are due to the office after you register online. We are open 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at: 701 Court Street, Suite C, Pueblo CO 81003
