Μετά από πολύμηνη προσπάθεια της AOPA Hellas και της Πανελλήνιας Ένωσης Πιλότων, έγινε το πρώτο σημαντικό βήμα για τη σύσταση της Ειδικής Επιτροπής για τον Αεροπορικό Τουρισμό καθώς η απόφαση δημοσιεύθηκε στο υπ’ αριθ. 305 Φύλλο Εφημερίδας της Κυβερνήσεως (ΦΕΚ) τεύχος Β’ της 24ης Ιανουαρίου 2023.

Ο Πρόεδρος της AOPA Hellas, Κυπριανός Μπίρης, θα παραστεί στην εναρκτήρια συνεδρίαση που θα πραγματοποιηθεί την Παρασκευή 3 Φεβρουαρίου στην Ειδική Επιτροπή της Βουλής για τον Αεροπορικό Τουρισμό, εκπροσωπώντας την AOPA Hellas.
3. Επιστολή της AOPA Hellas στον Δήμαρχο Σπάρτης

Η AOPA Hellas με επιστολή της προς τον Δήμαρχο Σπάρτης, χαιρετίζει τις προσπάθειες που καταβάλει η Δημοτική Αρχή ώστε να επαναλειτουργήσει το εγκαταλελειμμένο αεροδρόμιο της περιοχής.

Έπειτα από συνάντηση με τον Γενικό Γραμματέα Μεταφορών του Υπουργείου Υποδομών και Μεταφορών, κ. Γιάννη Ξιφαρά, η AOPA Hellas απέστειλε επιστολή επτά σημείων για τα προβλήματα που αντιμετωπίζει η Γενική Αεροπορία στην Ελλάδα και ακολούθως τις δυσκολίες στην ανάπτυξη του Αεροπορικού Τουρισμού.

H AOPA Hellas, προσπαθεί και αγωνίζεται με σκοπό να ξεπεραστούν τα εμπόδια που έχουν οδηγήσει την Γενική Αεροπορία στην χώρα μας να κατέχει μία από τις τελευταίες θέσεις στην Ευρώπη. Κανείς δεν περισσεύει σε αυτή την προσπάθεια.
H AOPA Hellas προτρέπει τα μέλη της που αντιμετωπίζουν αρνητική συμπεριφορά από εντεταλμένους υπαλλήλους ή άλλα όργανα των υπηρεσιών εδάφους των αεροδρομίων μας, και που αμφισβητούν ή θίγουν το νόμιμο δικαίωμα των μελών στις πτήσεις τους, να καταγγέλλουν τέτοια περιστατικά. Η ΑΟΡΑ Hellas διερευνά τις περιπτώσεις που έρχονται σε γνώση της, προκειμένου να τις παραπέμψει στις αρμόδιες ελεγκτικές Αρχές για την αναζήτηση ευθυνών και την επιβολή των νόμιμων κυρώσεων, όπου απαιτείται.
Αν δεν είσαι ταμειακά ενήμερο μέλος, σε καλούμε να ξαναγίνεις ενεργό μέλος μας γιατί έτσι βοηθάς κι εσύ την προσπάθεια μας. Όσο περισσότεροι είμαστε, τόσο πιο δυνατή είναι η φωνή μας. Και μη ξεχνάμε ότι η AOPA Hellas δεν έχει εισοδήματα ή επιχορηγήσεις, τα μόνα έσοδα της είναι οι συνδρομές των μελών μας.

After a meeting with the Secretary General of the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, Mr. Yiannis Xifaras, AOPA Hellas sent a seven-point letter on the problems of General Aviation in Greece and subsequently the difficulties in the development of Air Tourism.

AOPA Hellas is fighting in order to overcome the obstacles that have led General Aviation in our country to hold one of the last positions in Europe. No one is spared in this endeavour.
ΑΟΡΑ Hellas urges its members who are confronted with a negative attitude by authorized employees or other representatives of ground services, that dispute their legal right to flights, to report such incidents. AOPA Hellas investigates the incidents coming to our knowledge, in order to refer them to the Authorities for further investigation and possible imposition of penalties according to the law.
If you are not a financially aware member, we invite you to become an active member again so that you also help our effort. The more of us there are, the louder our voice is. And keep in mind that AOPA Hellas has no income or subsidies and is only supported by the subscriptions of its members.
