As well as Try-A-Class Week (and then the next 4-week series of classes), I’ve also been running Relax & Renew classes every other Sunday afternoon. It’s a Restorative Yoga Class with Yoga Nidra, which is a guided meditation while in a resting pose (savasana). The next class (with spots available — this class sells out!) is February 26 at 2pm.
Coming next month — Join me for an evening of chanting. Recent research has shown that chanting in a group can drop cortisol levels significantly, reducing stress in the body. And it’s fun. Bring your friends. Let’s pack out The Loft and fill the resonant space with sound together. Registration is open.
