On behalf of Chief Wheatley’s family, we would like to provide you with the information below regarding funeral service for “Wheat.” All officers are requested to attend the service as a great man, father, friend, and legendary police officer is laid to rest. For those attending, Class A uniform is preferred, however, plain clothes attire is acceptable. Chief Wheatley will receive many honors associated with an officer’s funeral.
