Set Due Dates in Strive’s Overview and Activity Tracker

Set due dates to reach your goals! Strive application managers must set due dates for the submission of appraisee goals and the completion of walkthroughs, observations, and summatives in the evaluation process for those items to show in the Overview and Activity Tracker. Use Strive’s Overview and Activity Tracker together to stay on track in 2023!

Strive’s Overview gives an at-a-glance visual into the status of all appraisee evaluation processes. In addition, Overview gives a summary of completed walkthroughs and tasks not completed.

Activity Tracker provides interactive views of appraiser activity and allows appraisers to view evaluation process tasks by alert status. On the All Appraisal Activity Tab, appraisers can filter and sort columns within the table.

On the My Incomplete Tasks Tab, appraisers can:

• Approve goals

• Make documents viewable

• Sign a document

• Send an email
