Get ready to get muddy!

We need your help!

The PTOs at JWB and MCM Middle Schools are co-sponsoring a family friendly mud run in June.  We are working with the company Your First Mud Run (check out their website HERE), which can bring portable muddy obstacles to any location.
The company takes care of everything: transport, set-up, break-down, and staffing the entire event.  The downside is that they need to ensure that they make enough money to cover their costs.  For our mud run, that number is $12,000, due in 3 separate installments before the event.
Since PTOs do not have credit cards, our ability to up-front this amount of money is limited.  We can recoup it by charging registration fees for the race, but if we have 300 runners, we'd need to charge $40 per runner.  This amount is out of reach for many of our families.
To that end, we are in search of sponsors!  Many local businesses have donated to sponsor races like the Shamrock Run and the Kingston Classic.  We have started a Google Sheets with these businesses listed, and have created a Google Doc form letter that can be downloaded and edited.

Can you help us reach out to these businesses???

Please click the buttons to access the sponsor sheet and the form letter.  You can claim a business to reach out to, or add other businesses that you think of.  You can use the form letter to reach out to them, either via print or email.  In short, we've made it as easy as possible to help out!  If we all do a little, nobody has to do everything; and the more sponsorships we receive, the less we have to charge as a registration fee, and the more kids who can participate.
