Project grants provide funding for arts, cultural and heritage projects that serve residents and visitors in Bellevue, Washington. Innovative projects by that fill cultural gaps and inspire new forms of creative participation are encouraged.

Wintergrass will shine a spotlight on the rich musical heritage of Louisiana, featuring four bands with artists from that state and exploring the world of Torch and Twang, exuding the soul of bluegrass and Americana. The festival offers four days of performances on five stages, dances, adult and youth education opportunities, and jamming.
