Check out Cornell Health’s top 10 tips for thriving at Cornell, as well as their free workshops and resources to support your health and well-being. CAPS spring counseling groups Did you know that for many concerns, group support is as effective or MORE effective than individual counseling? CAPS offers free counseling groups to help students manage anxiety, depression, eating concerns, substance use, and more, with groups especially for students of color and LGBTQ+ students. See what students say about CAPS groups. Hazing: Not just an innocent rite of passage Joining a group, team, or organization should never jeopardize your physical or mental health. Most groups at Cornell don’t haze – and 91% of Cornell students say it's never okay to humiliate or intimidate new group members – but whenever new members join, there is the potential for hazing. Visit hazing.cornell.edu to see how Cornell defines hazing, review campus hazing violations, and learn how to report hazing online or get support for related concerns. | Beyond Bethe | Please click on each image for more info about the specific event/opportunity. | | | | Important Reminders | Bethe House Office Hours | Mon-Fri: 9am-8pm Saturday: 11am-4pm Sunday: 5pm-7pm *Hours may change.
