Your Six-Word Story could be used for a short story, a novel, newspaper article or a new way of thinking. It is a great exercise, great practice, and a great way to learn to say more in less words.

When I receive Betty's newsletter, I quickly scroll through to find the Six-Word Story first and read what others have submitted (I go back and read the rest afterwards). I enjoy reading other's interpretations of the picture and then considering the differing perspectives. It helps to remind me that there are many perspectives that are equally valid.
