Good morning to all of you,
We are having unusual weather here at Baldwin’s Mills and as a result the lake ice is unpredictable. A lack of cold weather, little snowfall, some relatively warm days, and lots of rain have made it impossible for the lake to form a safe ice surface. In addition, long time local residents have always had concerns that there are thin spots in the ice due to springs that come up from the bottom of the lake. Be careful on the ice!
You will receive a regular mail communication from us in the next few days. Our objective is to secure the future of the Association. We believe our actions are essential to keep Baldwin’s Mills ecologically healthy. All Baldwin’s Mills residents and its many visitors enjoy and benefit from this environment. We encourage everyone to do their part by supporting the Association. Also, in our efforts to professionalize our work, we will invite you to share some information with us to help us get to know you. Your answers will of course be kept in strict confidence. We will not share them with anyone.
Finally, we invite you to share your questions or observations that may be of interest to our readers and the Baldwin’s Mills community at large.
The Board of Directors of your Association.
