This document is your official notification that First Things First intends to issue a Request for Grant Applications (RFGAs).

This is the only notification you will receive. It is the sole responsibility of the prospective applicant to view the website for updated information.

If you wish to submit an offer, you must obtain a solicitation document. The link below is offered for you to obtain information and/or an RFGA document from First Things First:

ONLY IF WEB ACCESS IS UNAVAILABLE, you may fax, email, mail or hand-carry your request (using this email) for a copy of specific RFGAs. To ensure accuracy in transmission of information, telephone requests cannot be accepted.

NOTE: The RFGAs will not be available for release until February 1, 2023.
