Pastors Being Baptized

Thank you so much for praying for our "faithful men" as they have been training in Sierra Leone on the topic of New Testament Interpretation. I have some amazing news to share of what took place.

PASTORS BAPTIZED
During the training, the pastors were talking about "pre-understanding" when it comes to Bible interpretation. What came out of the discussion was that many of the pastors and church leaders had understood that the only baptism was the baptism of the Holy Spirit. Our faithful men were able to correct the error, and the pastors and church leaders requested to be water baptized. Sixteen pastors and church leaders were baptized by our faithful men! Incredible!

When I heard this, I was reminded of the narrative we read in Acts. When somebody is convinced of their need to be baptized, the attitude is: "Look! Water! What prevents me from being baptized" (Acts 8:36)?!

Praise God for our "faithful men," and their training of other pastors.
Pray for God to bring six more "faithful men" to our Kono team (eastern Sierra Leone).
Pray for the 103 pastors and church leaders as they have been trained by our faithful men, that they would digest and apply New Testament Interpretation to their ministries.
Pray for Musa going to Freetown in mid February to train in New Testament Interpretation.
