Apologies for the late arrival of this email, we always endeavour to send out on a Saturday but this week, none of us noticed we didn't have someone in the rota to send out!!! These things happen. We are probably going ahead with one host today as again, we are busy ... and maybe this is feedback that we need more hosts. So if you want to try ...show interest here.
What is the Listening Hour?
A free, weekly 1-hour connection and empathy space currently hosted by people who have experience in Nonviolent Communication (NVC), for anyone interested in NVC.
This is not a workshop but a peer listening space to encourage listening.
The Listening Hour is not suitable if you are going through significant emotional upheaval or for processing trauma. If you are, see the "Alternative Pathways for Support" section below.
