外來種入侵荷蘭水域？

今、オランダの水中生態系を騒がせているのはスルメで釣れる「あの生物」

アメリカザリガニなど５種類のザリガニが、オランダで侵入種として大きな問題になっています。政府が様々な対策を講じた結果、一度壊れかけた水中の生態系は回復しつつあると治水局は発表したものの、引き続き効果的な駆除が求められているのが現状。ザリガニを「オランダの川や湖から捕獲している地元の漁師さんから買って食べよう」キャンペーンたるもの実施されています。

Five species of crayfish, including the American crayfish, have become a problem as invasive species in the Netherlands. The Water Department commented that the underwater ecosystem is starting to recover as a result of various measures taken by the government, but continuous efforts are still required for an effective extermination. A campaign asking people to "buy and eat crayfish from local fishermen who catch them from Dutch rivers and lakes" is also underway.

荷蘭的水域裡的外來種問題

美國鰲蝦等五種入侵物種的螯蝦，在荷蘭引起熱烈討論。目前為止政府已經採取了各種措施，認為已經比發現入侵物種問題當時的狀況好轉了，但是一但輕忽大意，入侵物種還是可能回光返照，持續的努力還是必須的，例如民眾被鼓勵盡量多吃當地漁民從當地的水域捕獲的外來種螯蝦，諸如此類的活動。

５人に１人が転職！オランダで空前の人手不足と人材シャッフルが進行中

べビーブーマーの大量定年退職に続くパンデミックの影響で、空前絶後の人手不足が続いているオランダ。エネルギー危機やインフレの影響も相まって、昨年は社会人の２０％がより良い職を求めて転職しました。完全なる売り手市場なので、仮に転職が期待外れだったとしても、すぐに他の仕事が見つかるとか。街のあちこちに「従業員募集中！」「従業員不足により休業」の張り紙が見掛けられ、雇用者の悲鳴が聞こえてくるかのようです。

Job hunting mayhem and labour shortage in the Netherlands

The Netherlands is experiencing an unprecedented labour shortage due to the pandemic that followed the mass retirement of the baby-boomers. Accelerated by the energy crisis and inflation, 20% of workers changed jobs last year in search for better opportunities. If the new job is disappointing, workers can find other jobs immediately since the labour market is tight. Signs that read, "Looking for employees! and "Closed due to lack of employees” can be seen in cities all over the country, as business owners are desperate in keeping good talent.

五人中就有一人換工作？荷蘭目前正經歷勞動力不足問題和人才的大換血

荷蘭正在經歷因為戰後嬰兒潮的退休潮，加上疫情造成的史無前例的勞動力不足的雙重打擊，又再加上能源危機和通貨膨脹的影響，去年約有20%的為了尋求好的機會，選擇辭職換工作。整體勞動力不足的關係，有些人即使換工作以後不順利，很容弟弟可以找到下一份工作。走在街上隨時可以看見店門上貼著「急徵員工」、「因人手不足暫時停業」等的告示，感覺可以聽到雇主們的哀號。

オランダが今度は「生活の質世界一」に？！

先週号で、私たちが拠点を置くアムステルダムがまさかの「世界で３番目にロマンチックな街」に選ばれた話をお伝えしたばかりですが、今度はセルビアに拠点を置く独立系データ会社NUMBEOが、生活の質(QOL)をを測るランキングでオランダを１位に評価しました。生活費、住宅価格、汚染、犯罪、医療システム、通勤時間などをベースに割り出したこのランキング。「購買力」「気候」「安全」「ヘルスケア」の良さが高評価へと導く要因となっています。

Do the Dutch have the "Best Quality of Life in the World” ?!

Just last week we reported that Amsterdam, where we are based, was unexpectedly named the "third most romantic city in the world.” Now NUMBEO, an independent data analysis company based in Serbia, has rated the Netherlands first place in its Quality of Life ranking. The ranking, which is based on a series of factors such as cost of living, housing prices, pollution, crime, health care system, and commute times, gives the Netherlands the highest ratings especially in the fields of purchasing power, climate, safety and health care.

荷蘭被評選為世界上生活品質最好的國家？！

繼上次介紹的阿姆斯特丹被某旅遊網站評選為「最浪漫的城市第三名」之後，這次我們又發現賽爾維雅的某數據分析公司NUMBEO評選荷蘭為生活品質（QOL，Quality of Life）最好的國家。這個排行的評分項目有生活費、房價、污染、犯罪、醫療系統、通勤時間等等，而荷蘭的高評價來自於「購買力」「氣候」「安全」「醫療的便利性」幾個項目。
