Family Fun Praise from Pastor Kelley

We just had our first Family Fun in February event and Pastor Greg texted me from Hawaii this morning

to inquire how it went. That made me think through a few praises from last night.
Praise #1) My girls invited our neighbor to come to church for the second time. Our neighbor attended the movie night and she had a great time at church.
Praise #2) I saw Rachael Opaczewski at church last night. I asked her how she was feeling and if she had any pain in her face. She said the pain was totally gone. Wow. All I can say is hallelujah. I'm not sure if our congregation understands how big that answer to prayer truly is, but it is amazing!!
Praise #3) Kim did a great job with the family meal and she also did a great job of providing movie snacks for everyone. They were delicious, and they helped to make the event really special.
Praise #4) I'm thankful for a coworker who appreciates a good documentary as much as I do. We may have a riot on our hands if we pick another documentary on movie night, but I did learn some pretty cool information about Father Damien during the movie.
Praise #5) Thank you Greg and Lyndee for working hard to put this event together before you left on vacation.
Our next Family Fun in February event is a cardboard box maze and obstacle course for kids. Watch out, Beulah Kids! Lyndee is allowing me to lead this event, so I'm going to put my old youth pastor hat back on this Wednesday. It will be a blast!

Infant and Child Dedication

Direct your children onto the right path, and when they are older, they will not leave it.” (Proverbs 22:6)

Infant or Child Dedication is a public expression that your child belongs to God. If you have a child or infant that you would like to have dedicated, Sunday, February 12, will be your opportunity to do that. If you would like for your child to be a part of that service, pick up the "Application for Parent/Child Dedication" from the literature rack near the sanctuary. (Or click here and we will email you one.) Return the completed application to Pastor Kelley or the church office no later than Feb. 9.

Wednesday Night Menus

February 8 - Chicken nuggets and macaroni & cheese prepared by the kitchen crew.

February 15 - Pizza. Please bring a donation to help pay for the meal.

Pick Up a '23 Church Event & Prayer Calendar

Pastor Greg has created a calendar for us to use in our prayer and planning. Please pick one up from the bulletin table in the sanctuary lobby. You will find Beulah Staff and Ministry Teams listed. You'll also have a scripture of the month, a ministry leader, a monthly event, and a missionary family to pray for. This will help focus our prayers and keep us informed of ministry opportunities.

If winter brings snow or ice so severe that we need to cancel services, a notice will be sent out on Remind (prayer chain) and on Facebook that we are canceling services. We will also post on WNDU and WSBT TV stations that we are closed. Please check these places to confirm whether or not we are having church in bad weather.
