February Blues

Tis the season for colds, flu, cough, stomach viruses, strep, and all kinds of germs! We have seen an uptick of students and faculty sick in our building. Just a friendly reminder to keep your children home if they are too ill to be at school.  If your child has a fever, Arch protocol is that the student needs to remain home for 24 hours after last fever, without any fever reducing medication on board. Also, if your child is vomiting or has diarrhea, they should remain home until they feel better and their stomach symptoms end.

Ash Wednesday

Please join us for Ash Wednesday mass, Wednesday February 22nd at 8:30 am.  Also, if you have any palms left over from last year’s Palm Sunday and you would like to contribute to Ash Wednesday, please bring them to school on Monday for Father to burn.

Art & Soul 2023 - Plant the Seeds for Tomorrow

Cub Scouts

AACA Cub Scout Pack 3889 is having a great year!

This past Saturday we hosted our 70th annual Pinewood Derby where we had 32 Scouts build and race miniature cars. 4 Cub Dens representing grades 1-4 had a great time with 1st, 2nd, 3rd place + Best in Show Trophies awarded. Congrats to all and special thanks to David Horos for running the museum quality equipment and David Brooks for being master of Ceremonies. 

On Sunday ten of our Cub Scouts joined seven of our Boy Scouts for Scout Sunday. Our parish celebrated over 100 years of scouting tradition and community service.
