Ezra Cornelison

STUDENT OF THE MONTH

Ezra is a student at Manhattan Beach Middle School. He is very active and participates in many sports, including basketball, baseball, soccer and swim. Outside of being an athlete, he enjoys playing the drums, singing, dancing, spending time with his dog, and doing parkour. He loves going on trips to Disneyland and listening to Disney music at home.

Ezra performed as Cat 2 in Seussical and as Les in Newsies last month. At rehearsal, he builds friendships with other cast members and is always excited to play “Night at the Museum” during warm-ups. Ezra always makes sure to bring a positive attitude and enthusiasm to every rehearsal. He finds much joy in performing and is very proud of how far he has come.

Sydney Dust

VOLUNTEER OF THE MONTH

Sydney is a student at Vistamar High School. She is very involved with theater at her school, co-producing a student-run production and participating in performances. In her free time, she reads books and spends time with her friends.

Sydney performed in her first Anchorless production last month as Pulitzer’s Assistant in Newsies. She is inspired by the creativity of the directors and enjoys learning new dances. She is a committed volunteer and always takes the time to rehearse to ensure the play goes smoothly. Sydney is always looking out for her fellow cast members, and works hard to make sure everyone has a great experience.

We are very appreciative of the donations we receive. Shows and fundraisers provide our base revenue, but donations help us build better sets and enhance our marketing, among other things.

However, while greatly appreciated, please know that we are not yet a 501(c)(3), so any donations made to Anchorless Productions are not tax deductible.
