Hello fellow soul citizens! It's been a while since our last newsletter. As support and caregivers to others, I had to take time out for myself. I had a fall back on January 31st, from running the superwoman that I know I am but having hip/and fall injuries before this time it was a sure thing to self-care.!
Mind, Body, Soul, mediation, stretching, yoga, and craniosacral therapy, sound healings and yes we can certainly manifest healing and can talk to our cellular structure. There's come a time in every season to reflect, recharge and reboot and seek guidance, support and healthcare for your lovely vessel. Sometimes we are the light that the healthcare system needs when you go in for bloodwork, x-rays, MRI's and so forth. Always show your light where others see fears, sadness. Also supporting a lovely soul through her cancer as well. There's a time and a reason for every season.
Be present and enjoy each individual journey. YOU are precious, YOU deserve this for you!
