This month I'm focusing on what I believe is the single most important idea when it comes to mental health - antifragility. This is the idea that while something that is fragile breaks or fails in the face of challenge and uncertainty, something that is antifragile grows stronger from these difficulties. We humans, our kids included, are antifragile. We need some degree of emotional and mental stress and strain to grow stronger. That's how we learn to tolerate and work with difficult feelings, overcome adversity, and come to truly trust ourselves.

Read on to learn more about how to grow our innate antifragility in ourselves and our kids.

Sending warmest wishes,
