Upcoming Professional Development Sessions:

March 3, 2023 - 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Have you ever noticed that communication is a spectrum with “how’s the weather?” one end, and “we need to talk” on the other? Conflict scenarios can be some of the most defining moments for us in our relationships with other people. Whether it be personal or professional, the way in which we communicate when times are tough is often what matters the most. In this highly interactive session we will discuss communicating effectively as well as embracing conflict. This session will be held in-person at the Educational Services Center of NE Ohio, 6393 Oak Tree Blvd, Independence, OH 44131. To learn more, click here.
