Rev. Gary Faleide will be in the pulpit this Transfiguration Sunday. His sermon is titled "Tell No One", and the scriptures are 2 Peter 1:16-21 and Matthew 17:1-9.

- Continued prayers for Bob and Patti Haigh, Rosemary Klitchman, Barbara Wyne, and Barb Loehman who returned home from Burgess Square last week.
- Pastor Gary and Nayna are planning a Lenten Bible Study for three Wednesday's (3/8, 3/15, and 3/22 at 6:30-8:00pm). It will be held in person in the lounge and on Zoom. There will be dinner at 6:30 followed by the study discussion from 7:00-8:00. The title of the study is "Anti-Heros at the Cross". Let Nayna know if you would like to attend and would like to help with food.
- Saturday, February 11, 14 people from Lyonsville attended our monthly breakfast. We were surprised and thankful when another patron of the restaurant decided to "pay it forward" and buy our breakfast. He asked only that we each do a kindness to another in the following week. What a kind soul! Now, we cannot guarantee this will ever happen again, but if you have never attended these monthly breakfasts, you should. For sure we can guarantee good fellowship!

COVID GUIDELINES FOR LYONSVILLE
We understand that combining three main precautions reliably leads to safe indoor gatherings: mask wearing, distancing, and ventilation. Our policies are consistent with guidance and requirements from local, state, and federal public health authorities and our wider United Church of Christ. As conditions change, we will continue to review and adjust these policies.
- Throughout the building, masks are optional, but encouraged, for everyone two years of age and older, regardless of vaccination status.
- As a courtesy to the welfare of all, please provide safe space to others.
- Windows will be open to provide ventilation whenever possible.
- Please do not attend in-person worship if you are experiencing any Covid-like symptoms
