2023 GALA SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Parent Connection is honored to support our students, teachers, and school in hosting the 2023 Gala! It's our biggest fundraiser of the year, and some are already saying it's going to be the best one yet! It's a night we come together to celebrate all that is Woodlawn, enjoy great food and music, and participate in a fun and spirited competition as we bid for classroom art pieces, one-of-a-kind experiences, gift baskets, and more.

This year our Gala sponsors will gain unique marketing exposure to Woodlawn’s community of over 2,870+ current and alumni families, local business owners, and industry leaders. Revenue from the Gala goes to support student success and help keep the school affordable.

As a special bonus, this year's Gala sponsors will also receive Silver Level Sponsorship with the STEAMfest event scheduled for March 26, 2023. With an expected attendance of 2,000 people this year, your business and name will reach an audience of almost 5,000! The sponsorship deadline is April 1, 2023. For more information, contact Rainie Hutchinson.
