Participants unable to take Qualtrics surveys behind one type of HarvardKey authentication

Hello School Liaisons,

Currently there is an issue with some Qualtrics surveys that are behind HarvardKey log in. For these surveys, participants are getting an error and are not able to access the survey to take it. Only surveys with token-based authentication are affected. (There are three types of authentication that can be put in front of Qualtrics surveys.) 

We are aware of the issue and are troubleshooting with Qualtrics. Please monitor https://status.instructure.com/ for updates and we will notify you once this has been resolved.
