Help Improve the ACA/NY Knowledge Center

We are inviting YOU to join a Focus Group aimed at improving the Knowledge Center! The commitment is to complete a brief survey about the Knowledge Center, and possible participation in one or two small group discussions. All online!

WHO? Members – Family Members – Council Members - Employees
WHAT? The Knowledge Center is a set of documents, videos and infographics currently available on the ACA/NY website. The Knowledge Center is an initiative to aid members, families, and the general community in navigating opportunities to learn about the services and supports for individuals with developmental disabilities in New York State, and we need your input!
WHERE? Online – we would like to gather your input and ideas through an online survey, potentially followed by 2 small group virtual meeting discussions.
WHEN? The Focus Group Survey will be emailed next week. The discussions will occur over the next couple of months.
WHY? To offer individuals in the IDD community an easy-to-use, current resource center available at all times, to inform and educate, provide accurate, up to date information, and to provide an easy way to share information with others.
The Knowledge Center. A resource that will enable individuals to achieve their goals!
