Congratulations to Jordan Romero for punching his ticket to Colorado High School Activities Association's State Championship at Ball Arena. Help us wish Jordan the best of luck this weekend. His second match is Friday!

This past weekend two students from Abraham Lincoln High School were recognized by the Scholastic Art & Writing Awards. their artwork are both at displayed at the @denver Art Museum.
Ashley Hernandez: Gold Key Award for her Ceramics Piece "Women in Nature" piece.
Natalie Aragon: Honorable Mention Award for her Photography piece "Guinea Pig".
Scholastic Art & Writing Awards are the nation’s longest-running and most prestigious recognition program for creative teens in grades 7–12, ages 13+.
Each year, thousands of Colorado youth enter an average of 5,000 pieces of artwork into the program with the Colorado Art Region of Scholastic Art & Writing.

El pasado fin de semana, dos estudiantes de la Preparatoria Abraham Lincoln fueron reconocidos por los Premios Scholastic Art & Writing. Sus obras de arte se exhiben en el museo de arte de Denver

Los premios Scholastic Art & Writing son el programa de reconocimiento más prestigioso y de más larga duración del país para adolescentes creativos en los grados 7-12, mayores de 13 años.
