Dear Oxy Gulf of Mexico (GoM) Contractor,

Our records indicate that your company did not complete your 4th quarter random selections through TEAM Professional Services for the OXY Gulf of Mexico (GoM) consortium.

As a result, a Compliance Audit for OXY GoM has been generated in TPS Alert and your account has been turned non-compliant, which will impact your grade in ISNetworld.

To regain compliance in TPS Alert, your company must upload the following for each employee selected in the audit before Thursday, March 16, 2023:

1. Non-DOT Pre-Access Urine Drug Test Result

Test must be compliant with OXY GoM’s non-DOT drug testing panel requirements.

Test must be completed through TEAM Professional Services with a collection date on or after today, February 16, 2023.

2. TPS Alert Consent Form

Form must be signed by the employee releasing their drug test result to TPS Alert. Download a blank form here ➝

Your TPS Alert account will remain non-compliant, impacting your ISNetworld grade for OXY GoM until this audit is satisfied.

Failure to satisfy the audit before March 16, 2023 may impact your eligibility to perform work for OXY GoM.

Instructions

STEP 1 —

Log in to TPS Alert at tpsalert.com/login

STEP 2 —

From your Dashboard, click the link to open the Compliance Audit.

STEP 3 —

Upload the required Audit Documents.

STEP 4 —

Click the “Save” button. This will submit the audit to TPS Alert for review. Standard turnaround time for auditor review is 5 business days.

Once reviewed, if we find any shortfalls, a member of our Compliance TEAM will reach out. Otherwise, the audit will be closed as satisfactory and your TPS Alert account will be turned compliant.

Updates to company’s grade in ISNetworld will be reflected within 24 hours.
