Centennial Crew -

You are Invited to the 8th Annual Centennial Bash & Auction.

A 'party with a purpose' presented by the Centennial PTA. This adult-only event is the largest fundraising effort put on by the PTA every year for the past eight years. Supporting the largest grants given to our school every year from the PTA. Like Paraprofessional Salaries!

The Bash will be held at Lake View Room by Firefighters Events (12 Lakeside Lane Denver, CO 80212) on Friday, March 10th, 2023 from 7:00-11:30pm.

This adult only (21+) event is open to all! RSVP will be required and donations are appreciated in lieu of tickets this year.

What is the Centennial Bash & Auction?
A ‘party with a purpose’ presented by the Centennial PTA. This adult-only event is the largest fundraising effort put on by the PTA every year for the past eight years. Supporting the largest grants given to our school every year from the PTA. The Bash will be held at Lake View Room by Fire Fighters Events (12 Lakeside Lane Denver, CO 80212) on Friday, March 10th, 2023 from 7-11:30pm.  

What does the Bash & Auction support?
This annual event supports the large gifts the PTA grants to the school every year, this has included monies for paraprofessional salaries, outdoor classroom furniture, sound system in the auditorium, teacher classroom budgets, lamination machine for the school…the list goes on and on.
 
How will the 8th Annual Bash & Auction work?
All are Welcome and Encouraged to attend. 

This year will have a suggested donation in lieu of paid tickets and the Silent Auction Link will be open to all starting on Monday, March 6th at Noon MST- Saturday, March 11th at Noon MST. 

Ticket donations help cover admission to the Bash covering ALL bites, drinks, and entertainment. All proceeds support Centennial Crews. 

Join for curated libations, Bites by Urban Hotdog Collective, Music by The Get Down, and Live Auction Entertainment.  

Can children attend?
The Bash & Auction is 21+ event only.
 
What if we can’t or prefer not to attend in person?
No problem!  The Silent Auction Link is available to All and Open for the week.

How/Where do I get my tickets/register to attend?
You can register/give a ticket donation NOW at https://centennialptaco.memberhub.com/store

or

in person via Cash, or Check Monday, March 6th at drop-off & pick-up at the South & West Gates from 8:50-9:30am & 3:50-4:30pm. This will also be the opportunity to get your Jelly Bracelets for Heads or Tails Game.

To Register:

  • Click on One or Two Ticket Option

  • Enter $0 or a donation amount (suggested $30 for dry ticket, $45 for one ticket, $80 for two tickets)

  • Add on Heads or Tails Jelly Bracelets into your cart

  • Check-Out/Finish Your Registration.

  • You Are All Registered for the Bash!


What is Heads or Tails?
This game kicks off our Live Auction and is an easy way to support the school. Each $20 Jelly Bracelet provides you one entry to the game, which takes the classic coin toss and makes it fun and interactive. Last one standing takes home a fabulous prize!

Maximum two Jelly Bracelets per person. 
 
What is the Crewser Ride?
This beloved annual spring event is a progressive bike ride for the grown-ups. 50 seats only this will be offered in-person only as a part of the silent auction. 

Is there a dress code?
The theme for this year’s Bash is Totally 80's, we encourage dressing up for the theme (think The Breakfast Club, Stranger Things, Leg Warmers...) or wear whatever you feel most comfortable in to mingle, dance, & enjoy!
