Tarl Yarber is the CEO and Founder of Fixated Real Estate LLC, a Pacific Northwest leading investment company with over 600+ single family residential properties purchased, rehabbed, and re-sold over the last 10 years.

Tarl and his team are considered experts in the investment industry and specialize in real estate systems for success. Tarl has been a guest on episode #189 and #398 for the BiggerPockets Podcast, and is one of the leading video contributors of the BiggerPockets YouTube Channel. Tarl is the founder of Fixated Events LLC, which has created and powered events such as the Big Badass Real Estate Wealth Expo, The Maui Real Estate Mastermind, and the greatest event of all time, Limitless: The financial freedom expo.

In the last few years, Tarl has been fighting his addiction of Fix and Flip, and focusing on a new passion, BRRRR investing. As a recovering house flipper, Tarl has taken his years of experience in rehabbing houses that were about to fall over and transferring that experience in mastering the buy, rehab, rent, refinance, repeat investment model.

Books Recently Read
Die with Zero by Bill Perkins I enjoyed exploring the concept of optimizing your life for maximum enjoyment. While I really liked the principles addressed in this book, I found the interview the author gave on the Peter Attia podcast the most engaging and worthwhile use of time. I highly recommend listening to the podcast and exploring this new way of thinking to optimize for life fulfillment. 4 out of 5 cheers!
Take Back Your Family by Jefferson Bethke This book examines our western culture that skews more towards individualism versus a family team structure. Bethke proposes structuring your family as a team and shares lessons from a Christian point of view.  5 out of 5 cheers!

The BREW meetup is a casual no-pitch group with the purpose of learning and networking with other local investors. We talk about all types of real estate investing as well as pursuing financial independence. Our typical meetup format is networking, listening & learning from a speaker, and ending with a related book raffle!

-We  like to talk about all types of real estate investing, pursuing financial independence, meeting new people, and enjoy a great craft beer
-No-pitch group
-Family-friendly: Our 13 & 10-year-old will frequently be attending & look forward to making friends
