Leaders’ Perspective

As part of Black History Month, CAPE interviewed Senator Rosemary Moodie and M.P. Michael Coteau, co-chairs of the Parliamentary Black Caucus to discuss anti-Black racism in the federal public sector.

Join us for a discussion on anti-Black racism in the workplace!

All CAPE members are welcome to join us to hear from three experts in various fields to discuss the different facets of anti-Black racism and discrimination in the workplace – specifically the broad impacts of inherent biases in our society, on CAPE members in the workplace, and explore potential solutions in the context of the federal public service.

You will learn more about how to better advocate for yourself as member of the Black community or how to be an effective ally.

SAVE THE DATE: Monday, March 6, 4:30 – 6 p.m. (EST)
