The Glacier National Park Conservancy works to preserve and protect Glacier National Park for future generations. The Conservancy strives to provide higher hourly wages, offers affordable housing for their workforce (through the Beta Road House), and is aiming to increase staff diversity in hiring.
Going solar will help them reduce their operating expenses, which will in turn allow them to fund more projects in the park, and help retain the ability to provide affordable workforce housing while providing living wages to their seasonal workforce.
