mPEG-PLA from PolySciTech used in the development of Resveratrol-loaded nanoparticles for cancer therapy
Resveratrol is a naturally occurring chemical that has many biological benefits but poor circulation and uptake. Recently, researchers at Curtin University (Australia) utilized PEG-PLA (AK070) from PolySciTech to create nanoparticles loaded with resveratrol to improve its bioavailability and circulation time as a treatment option for cancer.
