WITH proof of age, residency, and
Stakeholder status


The Mar Vista Community Council is composed of 15 elected Venice stakeholders, all of which are up for election every two years. The election is conducted by the Los Angeles City Clerk’s Office. 

The MVCC Board seats 15 Directors:

7 Zone Directors

7 At-Large Directors

1 Community Interest Director

The Zone in which you live, work, or own real property
determines the Zone Director you may cast your vote for. Know your Zone by referencing the map on the right or visit MarVista.org/zone.


You may vote In-Person on March 26th at the Mar Vista Rec Center, or Vote-by-Mail. There will be no ballot drop box.

VOTE IN PERSON at the
Mar Vista Recreation Center located at:
11430 Woodbine St., Los Angeles, 90066.

If you choose to vote in person, you DO NOT need to apply for a ballot.
Just bring proof of age,
residence and stakeholder status and you will
recieve a ballot onsite and proceed to vote. 

Polling hours: 1-7pm, March 26, 2023.
Voters who are still in line when the polls close
on Election Day will be  allowed to vote.

City Clerk mails ballots after verifying Voter eligibility. 

• Ballot mailings begin Feb. 19, 2023 and ends
March 7, 2023. Call 213-978-0444 if not received. 

Completed ballot must be postmarked no later than March 26 and received by April 5, 2023.

Identify responsibilities for each member of your household and how you will work together as a team.

 

Practice as many elements of your plan as possible.


Be prepared in the event of an emergency.

MVCC is here for our stakeholders to communicate the needs of our neighborhood to city officials, and to encourage MVCC residents to work together to keep our neighborhood a great place to live.
