Greetings to The Black Dog Coffee Nation! This is a week of Anniversaries and celebration of small business partnerships!

This year marks our 7th year of partnership with the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia’s OG Distillery; Black Draft Distillery! They reached out first to source locally fresh-roasted coffee for their popular “Rise & Shine” beverage which at the time was a blend of WV Moonshine and Black Dog Coffee back in 2016. Now the product is made with their very own delicious Vodka and Black Dog Coffee! We thought it best to return the favor and released our Barrel-Aged Bourbon Coffee Beans back in 2018 and it’s been a marriage of flavors made in Almost Heaven!

Be sure to order this weeks Limited Offering just in time for the Bourbon Coffee loving Valentine! We age these deliciously aromatic and flavorful beans in genuine Black Draft Distillery Bourbon Barrels and add a little extra Bourbon for good measure! We carefully roast the bourbon infused beans until the perfectly balanced notes of the coffee and bourbon complement each other.

Happy 10 Year Anniversary to our Production Team Member, Jonathan Corley!

We celebrate Jonathan Corley today who has worked wholeheartedly at The Black Dog Coffee Company since February 6, 2013! Jonathan is diligent in all of his duties, greets everyone with exuberance and reminds us all that he loves us every day! This talented young man is a vital part of our incredibly awesome Production team and knows he’s family too! We have another anniversary of 9 years coming in August and we couldn’t be happier to know our Employees enjoy what they do and enjoy being here with us 5 days a week! We’re always looking for Coffee loving people to join our growing Company so let us know if you’re ready for a career in Coffee!

There may be some chit chat circulating about Black Dog Coffee flavoring a local Beer and we’d like to confirm that is 100% truth! Granted, we’re only in the beginning phases and we can expect the Coffee Stout to be released in August of 2023! In the meantime, we’re so excited to announce our new #BlackDogCoffeeBrewandRetail Partnership with none other than the famous Berkeley Springs Brewing Company located in Morgan County, WV.

We are humbled by the owners who care enough to serve fresh roasted Black Dog Coffee to their guests and we’re blown away by the awesome folks at Berkeley Springs Brewing Co for their commitment to serving the highest quality products to their patrons; and said that “the final taste after excellent Craft Beer and a delicious meal would more memorable with Black Dog Coffee!”. (We sure do appreciate that level of passion and are grateful for the partnership!)
