Spread Love Brooklyn Cranksgiving Ride
Feb 12, 2023
12:00pm - 4:00pm ET
Bldg 77 - Brooklyn Navy Yard (141 Flushing Avenue Brooklyn, NY 11205)
In the spirit of their annual Cranksgiving ride held every November, Brooklyn Cranksgiving is putting on a Valentine's Day/love-themed ride in February to gather support for local organizations catering to survivors of domestic violence, refugees, and new moms suffering from postpartum depression.
The format will be similar to their previous rides to ensure that they maximize the impact of the donations their community partners receive. Participants will cycle around Brooklyn, stopping at various checkpoints where they'll have to snap a picture and upload to social media or complete a fun task or trivia question. Since it may be cold out, the ride will be short and there will be an indoor checkpoint (with bathrooms) to warm up in. The start and finish are also indoors.
