They won’t want to hear it. That’s the excuse we often tell ourselves about telling people about Jesus and our faith in Him.

In a time when the decline of the Christian faith in the West is on full display, it’s easy to get discouraged and lulled into a sense that people just aren’t interested. That they really don’t care.

Patrick and Amy Werner are looking for the following items to take to Cuba in March. There will be a box in the church lobby to drop off items. Please donate any items by Sunday, March 5.

Medicine: Ibuprofen, Tylenol, Aspirin, Naproxen, Zantac, Vitamin C, Multivitamins for children, for adults, and for the elderly with calcium, Benadryl, Allergy medicine, Neosporin, Hydrocortisone cream, Permethrin lotion (Lice/Scabies),
Invermectin lotion (rosacea), Mite B Gone

If you would like to donate money to help with evangelical projects in Cuba you can donate money to the "Cuban Leadership Fund." These funds help projects like the children's cancer ministry, sustainable ministries, and logistics. Feel free to reach out if you have specific questions.

We’re holding "the largest conjoined Neighborhood Block Party" in Harrisonburg on Sunday in Showker Hall. Be there at 10:15 a.m. as we connect with First Pres neighbors during the Annual Meeting.

Picture this... 24 separate neighborhoods, made up of our church membership, all coming together in Showker Hall. We'll have light refreshments and fellowship, plus one lucky household will win a door prize.
