Dear Presidents and EFP Delegates,
It is my pleasure to share with you the communication materials developed for the 2023 Gum Health Day campaign!
As you know, the GHD2023 slogan this year has a positive tone of voice and matches our brand values: Healthy gums look good on you! Protect them! Moreover, it states that healthy gums are part of our wellbeing and beauty, and it converges with our aim to prevent gum disease.
Until May, we`ll create some engagement initiatives on social media and record a EFP Perio Talks podcast episode.
We also plan to organize a virtual meeting at the end of February with all National Societies so you can exchange ideas and initiatives that will be developed in your country.
Once more, thank you very much for your support and for joining Gum Health Day! It is a pleasure to work with all of you on this campaign, and we`ll get in touch very soon!

In March, within the National Societies’ forum, we`ll share our social media calendar, with the scheduled dates of each post and videos and copies, so you can find some ideas if you need inspiration for the posts!
Remember that the oficial # are #GumHealthDay and #ProtectYourGums.

Instagram filter
Healthy gums look good on you, and that`s why we have created an Instagram filter that will be available starting in March. We`ll let you know once it`s ready, so you can encourage your members to use it! We will also create some engagement initiatives on social media, and we`ll be interacting with your profiles on Instagram and Facebook in the coming weeks.

EFP Photo Contest for all members
Our EFP photo contests are very popular, and that`s why we`ve created an EFP Photo Contest on the campaign. The communication will start in February, and you can find the layouts and the rules for it here.
There will be 3 prizes of free registration for EuroPerio11 in 2025!

We cannot forget to engage with press...
That`s why you`ll also receive a press release in March about the campaign. You can add a quote from your National Society spokesperson and use for different media outlets.
