<<First Name>>, With over 700 graduates, the Youth Ministry Coaching Program is the original and premier coaching program for the world of youth ministry. Using a relational cohort approach, YMCP is a whole-life leadership development program for youth workers. We meet for a couple days, every other month, over the course of a year.

The YMCP was an incredibly transformative experience for me. I learned so much about leadership and how to develop ministry and personal vocational values that give new meaning to my work and calling. On top of all the amazing content I received, my favorite part was the new community of other youth workers that naturally developed from all different backgrounds, but who quickly became a group of people I trusted deeply to share the joys and burdens of ministry.
