Notice to Members:
Hamilton Croatia's next Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place Sunday, February 12th at 2:30 p.m.
As per our organization's bylaws, only active members in good standing will be eligible to vote and be nominated for positions on the Executive Committee or any other committee or key function which is voted on to support the needs of the organization for the upcoming year.
The AGM is restricted to members only; therefore, membership renewals will be available at the sign-in table in the lobby for those who are either not "Lifetime Members" or anyone who has not yet paid for a renewed membership in 2023 (a reminder that memberships expire at the end of each calendar year regardless when they were purchased, expiring December 31 each year).
We look forward to seeing all of our members on Sunday, February 12 at 2:30pm (banquet hall side). Please try to arrive on time as the meeting starts promptly at 2:30pm.
