Meet Our Newest Team Members

As we continue to flourish, we’d like to highlight our newest team members, Shannon Shoop and Maya Ramy, MS. Shannon is now serving as our Director of Operations, bringing her vast experience in this field to help us continue to structure our exponential growth! Maya is an MD/MPH student at Texas A&M University Health Science Center completing her MPH internship at CHA. She’s using her skills to support our outreach efforts for 2023 projects and programs we’re developing and implementing. 

Student Ambassador Program

We’re also excited to announce our first cohort of CHA Student Ambassadors! We have selected some amazing student advocates from across the country, including from key 2023 election states like Kentucky and Louisiana. We’re proud to be collaborating with students from Tulane University, University of Pikeville, University of Central Florida, St. George’s University, and the University of Chicago.
