Dear Friends...

This Sunday I will be speaking about Love, in anticipation of Valentines' Day, the day of the year that we celebrate lovers and friends with the symbol of a red heart and a cupid.

Saint Valentine supposedly wore a purple amethyst ring, customarily worn on the hands of Christian bishops with an image of Cupid engraved in it, a recognizable symbol associated with love that was legal under the Roman Empire.  Amethyst has become the birthstone of February, which is thought to attract love.  In Mexico the day is known as Dia de los Enamorados (Day of Lovers) or Dia del Amor y las Amistad (day of love and friendship).

Then after Fellowship, I will also be hosting a workshop on Love As A Metaphysical Tool.  Love is  better than your Swiss Army knife or your Letterman universal tool.  Love is a metaphysical tool that works for every problem and in every situation.  Love is the right answer.   

Do you allow yourself to be loved? 
Do you love yourself as much as you love others?
