A yoga class for all abilities using methods to help with mobility, strengthening, flexibility and balance.

Presented by Jim Al-Khalili CBE FRS, Professor of Physics at the University of Surrey, and one of Britain’s best-known science communicators.

Setting Up and Running Local Exploring World Faiths Groups

The Joe Lyons Story -  Food for Thought

Join Neville Lyons to look at the Lyons Teashops, the Corner House Restaurants and the Nippy waitresses - all part of social history.

The Future of Ageing 

Join us and David Sinclair, Chief Executive of the International Longevity Centre. This is part of the Future Lives series of talks.

You would be helping us provide our learning programme for u3a members by setting up events, helping with zoom hosting, and dealing with member enquiries. The role is adaptable to suit each individual and training will be provided.
