A Special Meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on Monday, February 13th at 5:00 p.m.  A meeting is considered a special meeting rather than a regular meeting if there is a change in time, place, or location. The meeting will start at 5:00 p.m. with a discussion of the ballot question in the upcoming May 2, 2023 election.
