Are you new to RollerCon this year? You'll find our old timey 2005-era website absolutely PACKED with info that can be very helpful. It's best looked at on a bigger screen than handheld - but in spite of the vintage look, it's very up to date. For pages that change every year (like insurance), check the dates at the top to see when the page was last updated).

Really important reminders:

Be ready before noon on March 1st. The form usually fills up within 5 minutes. Games put in after 12:05 PST March 1st rarely get scheduled.
Both captains *must* have a verifiable RC23 passes to get scheduled*.

* If your sponsor is getting you a pass, they'll have the link today, so get in touch with them tomorrow with your name and the email you use for derby scheduling (that's all they need; not your insurance or any of that jazz). Get Rooms Before the Host Hotels Sell Out!

The hotel blocks opened on January 2nd at Noon PST. Some are already close to sell out.
Please check out our HOTEL PAGE for more info about each host hotel, including room types, general info, links and LOTS more info.
All Las Vegas hotels charge 13% occupancy tax on room rate & resort fees.
All the rates listed below are for single or double occupancy.
All RC host hotels are about half mile from Expo on a decent, skateable sidewalk.
No matter which hotel you stay in, your RC badge and a 21+ ID will get you into scheduled parties in the other hotels (assuming you arrive before we meet capacity).
Our host hotels are contracted to offer our room block the lowest price on their rooms during our event.

We strongly recommend you book early and together if you want to be in the same hotel as your friends & teammates. Group rates are likely to be cheaper earlier in the season and go up as we sell out each block and negotiate more rooms!

Please note: Some sponsors have received a scam email that looks like it’s from us. The email is from Check in now - Housing Services bookings @ chn-housing.com. THAT IS A SCAM. This one is the real shiz. If you receive the scam email, please report it as a phishing attack to your email host!

Already got your pass? Did you sign your WAIVER?
If you didn't sign it at ticket purchase, you could have a much longer line to wait in at Registration! The good news is that even if someone else bought your pass, you can still go in and sign the waiver (we think). Here's how:

Log in to events.com and choose the "My Tickets" link (or log in from the "Manage Order" link in your confirmation email).
Use the password reset if you need to. Either way, you might have to activate your account. It only takes a second.

This is also how you create or join a team! If YOUR homies don't already have one, you can make one up on the spot and invite all your friends. You can also update some of your registration info here (some things may not be editable).
