Professor Inderjit Chopra to be Inducted into the National Academy of Engineering


Chopra was selected for NAE's Class of 2023, "for advancing rotorcraft aeromechanics/aeroelastic analysis, enhancing bearingless rotors, active control, and human-powered helicopters.”

ArtIAMAS receives third-year funding of up to $15.1M


The ArtIAMAS cooperative agreement with the U.S. Army Research Laboratory conducts research focused on safe, effective, and resilient capabilities and technologies that work intelligently and cooperatively with each other and humans.

UROC Summer Internships Available | Deadline March 13


The University of Maryland's UAS Research and Operations Center (UROC) is running a 10-week, full-time, paid internship program starting on May 31. Students accepted for an internship will spend the summer developing and implementing a project related to UAS design, modeling, analysis, simulation, assembly, and experimentation.
