Happy March,

Imagine yourself in your favorite spot in nature—a place where you feel expansive, connected to yourself, purposeful, and inspired. Notice where you are, what surrounds you, and how supported you feel. 

Now see yourself taking a pair of binoculars and focusing on a bird or flower. See how focused you can get and how everything else blocks out of your view. Your focus has become only on one aspect of the bigger picture. Depending on what you are focusing on, it can enhance your experience of feeling connected, or it can create disconnection. There are times when this level of focus is needed and other times when it becomes a hindrance depending on where your attention is. 

As we step into March, look at where your energy has been. As you place yourself in the midst of your life, are you seeing the bigger picture of the beauty of it? Are you in an environment that no longer feels expansive and supports your connection to self and others and your purpose? Are you laser-focused on where you aren't happy and blocking out the good surrounding you? Or are you amplifying the good and seeing more of it when you step away from the binoculars? 

March is a time of remembering what about your passions and purpose ignite you. Focusing on your purpose can be inspiring or frustrating if you need to figure out what it is. If you are in the boat of frustration, shift the focus to what lights you up. What inspires you? What brings you joy? What is the next experience you'd like to have in life? These questions will help you shift focus into seeing the bigger picture, and then you can laser-focus on what kind of support you need to align yourself with the next phase. 

As you reflect on support, what does it mean to you? How do you know when you are supported? Is it emotional support you need to take another step toward your passions? Is it physical support at some level? Do you need mental guidance on logical next steps? Is it financial support? The options are endless based on what support means to you. Get clear on what you need and then state it to the Universe and surrender to how it wants to show up for you. We can often overlook support when it shows up because we think it needs to reveal itself in a certain way by a specific person. Yet, nature has its way of providing, and it may look different, so you'll need to practice putting the binoculars on and taking them off to see the bigger picture and what you might be missing that's just out of that focused view. 

We are still in a window of time this month with all planets direct, so continue to recalibrate, take action, and set yourself up with the support you need to keep taking steps forward, even if they are baby steps. Every effort counts. 

On February 7th, we have a Full Moon in Virgo. This will be an excellent time to tackle your To-Do List and make headway on projects on all levels. Whatever you are feeling called to most, even if it doesn't logically make sense, is your intuition guiding you into what needs to move forward that will have seen and unseen ripple effects assisting you with your goals. Remember to focus on stress relief at this time as well. Set yourself up to succeed in reducing stress with your favorite yoga class, breathing technique, workout, more sleep, or a healing/therapy session. Be extra kind and take extra care of yourself around the full moon. 

The energy will carry over into the New Moon in Aries on February 21st. You'll continue to feel the fire of inspired action. Keep taking those steps forward that your gut is guiding you to do. Nature is supporting you in accomplishing your goals.
