Thailand MICE Roadshow in Australia 2023 will be open for registration at 10.00 hrs. on Friday 10 March 2023 onwards

Dear TICA members,

The Meetings and Incentives Department of TCEB would like to invite Thailand's MICE suppliers to participate in the "Thailand MICE Roadshow in Australia 2023" in Sydney and Melbourne to update Australian buyers on Thailand's most recent MICE products and services and establish professional networks with them. In addition, the roadshow offers an exclusive opportunity to meet and mingle with Convention clientele in Melbourne.

Tuesday, 2 May 2023 in Sydney: Table-top session and dinner reception

Thursday, 4 May 2023 in Melbourne: Networking lunch

Venues: To be confirmed

Approx. no. of buyers: 25-30 MI buyers in Sydney
25-30 MI and Convention buyers in Melbourne

The programme, venues, and buyer list will be provided to participants later.

Registration Details
No. of seats: 15 seats
- Min. of 5 seats are reserved for DMCs, venues, and event organisers, if any
- Max. of 8 seats for suppliers in Bangkok

Registration fee: THB 20,000 net per organisation per seat (2 cities)
(1 participant per organisation)

Eligibility:

All types of businesses on a first-come, first-served basis
SHA/SHA+ is required and TMVS is preferred

Registration period: 10.00 hrs. on Friday, 10 March 2023 – 17.00 hrs. on Wednesday, 16 March 2023
