Help the NHS to improve the Outpatient experience

Have you used Outpatient services in the last two years?

Are you waiting for an Outpatient appointment, either for yourself or someone you care for?

If so, we would like to invite you to participate in a series of four online workshops with other local people to gather your experiences.

The learning will be shared with the NHS to help transform Outpatient services locally.

As a reminder, 'Outpatients' are appointments for treatment, diagnosis or a procedure in a hospital or clinic where you do not need to stay overnight. These may cover a wide range of specialties (examples may include physiotherapy, urology and cardiology).
