On 3/11, National 311 Day offers an annual reminder that 311 is a resource for communities around the country to connect with their city and non-emergency services.
Need City services for potholes, graffiti removal, or street light repair - dial 311! 311 is the number to call for City of Los Angeles service requests. You can get help with anything from illegal trash dumping to getting potholes filled or having bulky items like old appliances picked up. Today for National 311 Day, we're sharing how easy it is to get help using the City of LA's 311 service. All services are provided *free* at no cost to you!
There are 3 easy ways to request services:
1) Dial 3-1-1 from any LA-area mobile phone or landline
2) File requests online at http://MyLA311.LAcity.org
