National Eating Disorder Awareness Week (February 27-March 5)
Eating disorders can affect people of any age, but most commonly begin during college-age years. Signs can include preoccupation with food, dieting, and/or exercise that inhibits your ability to participate in and enjoy life. If you're struggling, help is available. Learn about services at Cornell Health.

Free nutrition workshops
Cornell Health nutritionists are offering "An Introduction to Intuitive Eating" and "Meal Planning Made Easy" workshops at different times throughout the semester. Learn more and find registration links here.

“Let’s Meditate”
Let’s Meditate is a free, guided, mindfulness meditation series offered on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, online and in person. Take a half-hour out of your busy schedule and learn to focus your breath and quiet your mind. Learn more about the many benefits of meditation.
